Founded by Adele Ribolow in 1960 and initially focusing on the Publishing
industry, we
have steadily grown our industry expertise to other areas including
Advertising, Market Research, Interactive/Digital/Online Media, Healthcare,
Education, Finance, Legal and Non-Profit.

A leader in business, Adele Ribolow has owned and operated
Ribolow for almost 50 years.
Adele brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and anecdotes that inform
and entertain her team, clients and candidates. During her career in
the employment industry, Adele has taught classes at the New School,
run career seminars at NYU and inspired women in business. She has
been affiliated with the American Society for Training and Development
as well as the National Association of Women’s Business Owners.
Adele’s interests include politics and the arts and she loves
to stay up-to-date on current affairs and culture.

Simon Byrne, Director of Client Relations
Simon Byrne has been the Director at Ribolow since 1992. During
this time, he has forged many relationships with key personnel in various
industries, predominantly in the Publishing and Advertising sectors.
Well-known and respected throughout the employment industry, Simon
brings professionalism, innovative ideas and an easy-going, friendly

Barbara Shorenstein, Executive Recruiter: Account Planning,

Barbara Shorenstein has been recruiting in the advertising
industry for over 15 years and her
deft professionalism has brought her to the top of her game. A shrewd
headhunter, Barbara knows the ins and outs of her industry and fosters

of two sons raised in New York City, Barbara is a formidable mahjong
